Culinary Institute LeNôtre® offers non-degree seeking options and continuing education courses for amateurs, educators and the food and beverage professionals. With an intense focus on providing you with quality, relevant and practical fields of study, CIL continuing education courses are designed to quickly and effectively engage and improve your skills. Whether you want to enhance your industry credentials, change specialties, or simply learn new skills or trends, CIL can provide you with the training you need to help you grow and move to the next level of achievement. Any of our 10 week long courses can be taken independently of any programs as a non-degree seeking option.

Non-degree Seeking Courses can be used as Leisure Classes or for Professional Development Credit. Tuition reimbursement may be available from your employer. Please note that more than one course can be taken in a term. Federal financial aid programs are not available to non-degree students, but you may have state grant programs to assist you with tuition payment. Those wanting to use financial aid while earning transfer credit should apply as degree students.
