Culinary Institute LeNôtre offers 2 Diplomas and 1 Associate Degree of Applied Science in Culinary Arts. Programs are designed to teach you the fundamental skills and techniques of classical and modern cuisine through theory, extensive hands-on practice, palate training, technique, and teamwork. Some of our programs can also give you an initiation in Baking & Pastry and include a numerous choice of electives. Our culinary degree is designed to prepare you in leadership, supervision, marketing, service, and management within the hospitality industry.

If you choose to, you will also be able to combine your specialized curriculum with an initiation to French cuisine fundamentals or a numerous choice of Elective. Our degree program is also designed to prepare you for leadership, supervision, marketing, service, and management positions within the hospitality industry.

Hospitality & Restaurant Management Associate Degree
CIL offers an Associate of Applied Science Degree in Hospitality and Restaurant Management. This program was created to meet today’s growing demands of graduating students with a high level of expertise, skills and knowledge in leadership, supervision, marketing, service, and management within the hospitality industry. Specialized courses in wine fundamentals, hotel and management are offered as electives.
