We are Student-Centered

  • Students have the option of taking hands-on cooking or baking courses and academic courses in the morning or in the evening or a combination of the two.
  • With major courses and 90% hands-on lab experience in the first 2 quarters, students get an immediate feel for their future career.

We Save Students Time and Money

  • With our FAST TRACK SYSTEM, in 60 weeks (6 quarters of 10 weeks) students can earn an Associates Degree (instead of in 2 years in most schools). Think about the savings in cost of living.
  • In 85 weeks, students can earn two degrees: an Associates Degree in Applied Sciences in Culinary Arts and an Associate in Applied Sciences in Baking and Pastry Arts. This is 2 DEGREES in 1½ years. In most other colleges it may take up to 4 years to earn 2 degrees.
