3rd Annual Chopped Competition at CIL

by

Today at CIL, we had the pleasure to welcome students from different high schools to participate in our Annual Chopped Competition

Our alumni Sherwin LadayBeatrice McDaniel Watts, Alyssa LeBlanc and our student Angelique Gonzalez were the judges for this tasty contest!

The competition took place in two different heats. The students had to cook something with the ingredients from their mystery basket. Definitely not easy but with a lot of creativity and talents, the future chefs succeed to impress the judges!

Besides the competition, our Chef-Instructors Olivier Burgos and Sébastien Bonnet, with the help of some of our students, were demonstrating their skills with pizza and crepes to delight everyone!

And now time to announce the winners!
