Garden Restoration Program

The Culinary Institute Lenôtre is currently working towards our Garden Restoration Program. The garden will provide our aspiring chef students a hands-on fundamental lesson in growing and maintaining their own vegetables, fruits, herbs and flowers. It is our hope to give chef students a good foundation for the growing concept of farm to table cuisine

Today, we have flowers and herbs that are used by our students in Le Bistro. In addition in September, carrots, beets, broccoli, cabbages, green leaves that will make our garden even lusher.
