Mi abuela era la mejor cocinera que conoc\u00ed, demostraba amor con su cocina, as\u00ed que siempre la admir\u00e9 y quise ser como ella<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4><strong>\u00bfQu\u00e9 es lo m\u00e1s importante que ha aprendido hasta ahora en el CIL y c\u00f3mo ha sido su experiencia en el aula?<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>He conocido a gente estupenda y a profesores incre\u00edbles. He aprendido a no conformarme nunca con estar bien, siempre hay que esforzarse por crear lo mejor, es un reflejo de tu pasi\u00f3n por la cocina.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4><strong>\u00bfQu\u00e9 les dir\u00eda a los estudiantes interesados en estudiar en el CIL?<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>Si decides seguir una carrera culinaria, no lo hagas a medias, da todo lo que tengas que dar o no lo hagas. Ya tenemos suficientes mediopensionistas en el mundo.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4><strong>\u00bfCu\u00e1les son sus proyectos para despu\u00e9s de la graduaci\u00f3n?<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>Me complace anunciar que ser\u00e9 el Director General de un restaurante en Massachusetts, a las afueras de Boston. Me han dado la oportunidad de redise\u00f1ar el restaurante e introducir nuevos platos en el men\u00fa. Llevo 8 meses present\u00e1ndoles recetas; todo mi trabajo y perseverancia me han bendecido con este puesto. Actualmente est\u00e1n rodando la serie de Stephen King Castle Rock (en Hulu) en esa ciudad y \u00a1nuestro restaurante tendr\u00e1 un cameo en
