Me encanta cocinar y crear platos nuevos, as\u00ed que para m\u00ed, el siguiente paso l\u00f3gico era tomar clases y aprender t\u00e9cnicas adecuadas y ampliar mi repertorio culinario. Mientras miraba diferentes colegio universitarios, supe instant\u00e1neamente que CIL era el lugar para m\u00ed en el momento en que entr\u00e9 por las puertas. En el CIL se respiraba un ambiente familiar, y todas las dem\u00e1s colegio universitarios que visit\u00e9 me parecieron fr\u00edas y poco personales. Despu\u00e9s de graduarme, trabaj\u00e9 en Le Bistro (el restaurante del instituto). Trabaj\u00e9 all\u00ed m\u00e1s o menos un a\u00f1o y lo dej\u00e9 para abrir mi propio negocio, un cami\u00f3n de comida llamado The Fork &amp; Truck con vistas a ampliarlo.<\/p>\n<h3><strong class=\"\">\u00bfQu\u00e9 le inspir\u00f3 para convertirse en chef?<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Hacer feliz a la gente con mi comida es lo que me inspira como chef. Ver una sonrisa en la cara de alguien cuando da el primer bocado es la m\u00e1xima recompensa por un trabajo bien hecho.<\/p>\n<h3><strong class=\"\">\u00bfC\u00f3mo describir\u00eda el impacto de sus cursos en el CIL en su vida diaria?<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Durante mi estancia en el CIL conoc\u00ed ingredientes maravillosos que nunca hab\u00eda o\u00eddo nombrar o que nunca hab\u00eda probado antes, y actualmente utilizo algunos de estos ingredientes ex\u00f3ticos en mi cami\u00f3n con la esperanza de poder ayudar a nuestros clientes a probar algo nuevo o a salir de su zona de confort alimentario.<\/p>\n<h3><strong class=\"\">\u00bfAlg\u00fan momento memorable como estudiante?<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Cada d\u00eda en el CIL fue <strong>memorable<\/strong>. Hay dos momentos que sobresalen m\u00e1s, y a\u00fan hoy sobresalen, el primero es el d\u00eda que conoc\u00ed a mi novia el primer d\u00eda de clase de Pasteler\u00eda, y el otro es cuando el Sr. Lenotre me entreg\u00f3 mi diploma, me dio la mano y me llam\u00f3 Chef.<\/p>\n<h3><strong class=\"\">\u00bfTiene alg\u00fan proyecto en mente o en marcha?<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>En la actualidad, me dedico a intentar aumentar la exposici\u00f3n de The Fork &amp; Truck, con vistas a su expansi\u00f3n en el futuro.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>\u00bfQuiere compartir con nosotros alguna an\u00e9cdota o receta?<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Un truco: en lugar de fideos, cuando hagas lasa\u00f1a, sustit\u00fayelos por crepes de clara de huevo.
