Le&nbsp;<strong>fils du c\u00e9l\u00e8bre p\u00e2tissier normand Gaston Len\u00f4tre<\/strong>&nbsp;a f\u00eat\u00e9, en septembre 2018, les 20 ans de son&nbsp;<strong>colegio universitario de cocina con sede en Houston (Texas<\/strong>).<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>De Eleonore a Alain Len\u00f4tre<\/h2>\n<p>Una historia de \u00e9xito en Normand\u00eda que tiene su origen en Eure, en Pont-Audemer, donde su padre empez\u00f3 a trabajar.&nbsp;<em>\u00bb&nbsp;J&#8217;y ai toujours des attaches, de bons amis dans le Roumois, qui \u00e9taient les fils de ses clients&nbsp;\u00ab,<\/em> confie Alain Len\u00f4tre, qui a h\u00e9rit\u00e9 du talent de&nbsp;<strong>su abuela Eleonore, una de las primeras chefs francesas<\/strong>, y de&nbsp;<strong>su padre Gaston Len\u00f4tre, uno de los m\u00e1s grandes nombres de la pasteler\u00eda<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-19395\" src=\"https:\/\/culinaryinstitute.edu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/11\/AL.jpeg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1024\" height=\"683\"><\/p>\n<h3>N\u00famero 1 en EE.UU.<\/h3>\n<p>Durante 20 a\u00f1os, trabaj\u00f3 junto a su padre como jefe y director general adjunto de Len\u00f4tre Paris, y despu\u00e9s desarroll\u00f3 las franquicias de la empresa familiar en todo el mundo. Cela l&#8217;am\u00e8ne \u00e0 Berlin, Tokyo, Rio, Djeddah au Kowe\u00eft et enfin \u00e0 Houston.<\/p>\n<p>Tras el robo de la casa de su madre por parte del&nbsp;Grupo Accor, Alain y su esposa Marie se pusieron manos a la obra en 1984 y fundaron en Houston&nbsp;<strong>une cha\u00eene de 6 p\u00e2tisserie-boulangerie-caf\u00e9-restaurant, un service traiteur et de vente en gros<\/strong>. Los beneficios obtenidos le permitieron crear en 1998, el Culinary Institute de Houston, un&nbsp;<strong>institut d&#8217;art culinaire, boulangerie et p\u00e2tisserie devenu num\u00e9ro 1 aux Etats-Unis<\/strong>.&nbsp;<strong><br \/>\n  <em>\u00bb C&#8217;est aussi&nbsp;le seul \u00e0 \u00eatre la propri\u00e9t\u00e9 d&#8217;un fran\u00e7ais&nbsp;\u00ab<\/em><br \/>\n<\/strong>, souligne le p\u00e2tissier, fier de ses racines et attach\u00e9 \u00e0 une certaine&nbsp;<em>\u00bb&nbsp;excellence \u00e0 la fran\u00e7aise&nbsp;\u00ab<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-19396\" src=\"https:\/\/culinaryinstitute.edu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/11\/AL.jpeg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1024\" height=\"683\"><\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-19397\" src=\"https:\/\/culinaryinstitute.edu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/11\/AL.jpeg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1024\" height=\"683\"><\/p>\n<h4><strong>Excelencia francesa<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>Una filosof\u00eda que se refleja en todos los nuevos miembros del Instituto Culinario Len\u00f4tre, como dice su hijo.&nbsp;<strong>plantilla compuesta por 15 Chefs de los cuales 14 son franceses<\/strong>. Entre ellos, muchos antiguos chefs jubilados que vienen a transmitir sus conocimientos.&nbsp;<strong><br \/>\n  <em>\u00bb&nbsp;C&#8217;est une \u00e9cole fran\u00e7aise et il ne faut pas oublier que la fondation de la cuisine occidentale trouve ses racines dans l&#8217;Hexagone \u00ab<\/em><br \/>\n<\/strong>Alain Len\u00f4tre, incansable sobre la historia de sus antepasados. Sus alumnos deben aprender, a su elecci\u00f3n, la lengua de Moli\u00e8re o la de Cervantes.<\/p>\n<p>Adem\u00e1s de la t\u00e9cnica, en la colegio universitario de Houston se ense\u00f1a una cultura. L&#8217;\u00e9tablissement est devenu une belle entreprise de 70 salari\u00e9s avec une philosophie bien particuli\u00e8re.&nbsp;<em><strong>\u00bb&nbsp;Desde hace 6 a\u00f1os, todos nuestros empleados son accionistas<\/strong> y representan el 22,7% del capital de la empresa.
