Conduje por el INSTITUTO CULINARIO LENOTRE\u00ae durante 10 a\u00f1os. Cada vez que pasaba por delante les dec\u00eda a mis hijos: \u00abAlg\u00fan d\u00eda ir\u00e9 all\u00ed al colegio\u00bb. Eleg\u00ed el Instituto Culinario Lenotre porque ten\u00eda m\u00e1s que ofrecer que las otras colegio universitarios. El plan de estudios era pr\u00e1ctico, los chefs instructores hab\u00edan vivido en todo el mundo y llevaban sus conocimientos al aula.<\/p>\n<p>Mi inspiraci\u00f3n para convertirme en chef vino de 2 personas, primero, de mi abuela Inetta \u00abKitt\u00bb Hall. Era una gran cocinera, le encantaba dar de comer a la gente. Cocinaba para varias familias de la zona de River Oaks y Tanglewood. Era una \u00abcocinera de pellizco\u00bb, nunca me daba una receta precisa y mi comida nunca sal\u00eda bien. No fue hasta que asist\u00ed a la colegio universitario de cocina que pude aprender el arte de cocinar con pellizcos. Puedo crear comida que sepa como la suya porque recuerdo c\u00f3mo sab\u00eda. Falleci\u00f3 el d\u00eda de mi cumplea\u00f1os, hace 18 a\u00f1os, lo que me recuerda que debo seguir cocinando. La segunda persona es mi t\u00eda Marie \u00abT\u00eda Ree\u00bb Ingram, que era pastelera. Recuerdo que de peque\u00f1a me sentaba bajo la mesa de su cocina y la ve\u00eda crear flores de az\u00facar, tartas de boda y pasteles de t\u00e9 caseros. Era cocinera para las aerol\u00edneas.<\/p>\n<h3><strong class=\"\">\u00bfCu\u00e1l es el mejor recuerdo que tiene&nbsp;como estudiante?<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Elheme Elezi va m\u00e1s all\u00e1 para cuidar de los estudiantes del CIL. Ella es una de las razones por las que segu\u00ed estudiando. Me anim\u00f3 a seguir adelante, incluso cuando las cosas se pon\u00edan dif\u00edciles. El chef Manny me ayud\u00f3 a profundizar mi amor por la comida. Es muy apasionado y le encanta ense\u00f1ar a los que tienen ganas de aprender. Desde que me licenci\u00e9, he podido llamar al Chef Manny para hablar de mi carrera y pedirle consejo; a d\u00eda de hoy sigue siendo mi mentor.<\/p>\n<h3><strong class=\"\">\u00bfTiene alg\u00fan proyecto en mente?&nbsp;<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Estoy preparando cenas veganas de Acci\u00f3n de Gracias para que mis clientes las lleven cuando visiten las casas de sus familiares. No tendr\u00e1n que preocuparse de lo que contienen sus alimentos.<\/p>\n<h3><strong class=\"\">\u00bfAlg\u00fan consejo o consejo sabio para nuestros
