El Chef Bedard fue contactado el jueves por la noche para el segmento y lo acept\u00f3, sabiendo que ser\u00eda una oportunidad incre\u00edble estar en directo en las noticias locales de Houston hablando de Le Bistro y del Instituto Culinario LENOTRE.  <\/h3>\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-video\"><video controls=\"\" src=\"https:\/\/culinaryinstitute.edu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/08\/LeBistro_Fox.mp4\"><\/video><\/figure>\n\n<p>El Chef y el Sous Chef empezaron a preparar el segmento la noche anterior y llevaron todos los ingredientes a la estaci\u00f3n esa ma\u00f1ana para el emplatado final: tres aperitivos, tres entrantes y tres postres. Durante la entrevista en directo, el chef Bedard habl\u00f3 sobre los men\u00fas que se servir\u00e1n durante las Houston Restaurant Weeks 2019 y c\u00f3mo un porcentaje de los ingresos de esas comidas se donar\u00e1 al Houston Food Bank.  <\/p>\n\n<p>Bedard habl\u00f3 del Instituto Culinario y present\u00f3 a su ayudante de cocina Armando Llanes, estudiante de cocina y veterano del ej\u00e9rcito que trabaja en Le Bistro.  <\/p>\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\"><p>Fue mi mujer quien me habl\u00f3 del CIL y me anim\u00f3 a asistir despu\u00e9s de mis viajes con el Ej\u00e9rcito. Me cost\u00f3 asimilar la vuelta a la vida civil, pero la colegio universitario me ha devuelto la sensaci\u00f3n de tener un objetivo. Me encanta el ambiente de equipo, el ajetreo de trabajar en la l\u00ednea y hacer que la gente se sienta bien con lo que come.  <\/p><cite>Armando Llanes<\/cite><\/blockquote>\n\n<p>Estas palabras de Llanes calaron hondo en el personal de Fox 26 y en el chef Bedard: es este \u00absentimiento de prop\u00f3sito\u00bb lo que el CIL ve en todos sus alumnos. La #LenotreLegacy de tradici\u00f3n, calidad y respeto anima a toda una vida de inclinarse hacia su prop\u00f3sito.
