Mi madre, mi padre y mi hermano estaban reunidos y todo era pura emoci\u00f3n. Fue entonces cuando me di cuenta de que la comida es una celebraci\u00f3n.  <\/p>\n\n<p><strong>Antes de la colegio universitario culinaria:<\/strong> Obtuve un t\u00edtulo de la Universidad de Houston BBA en el esp\u00edritu empresarial, y un empleado en Am\u00e9rica Corporativa por un tiempo, pero siempre se sinti\u00f3 atra\u00eddo de nuevo al campo culinario.  <\/p>\n\n<p><strong>Lo m\u00e1s importante que he aprendido del CIL<\/strong>: \u00a1El arte de la comida es tan inspirador! El \u00fanico l\u00edmite es tu imaginaci\u00f3n. Desde la concepci\u00f3n hasta la aplicaci\u00f3n, es incre\u00edble ver lo que se puede hacer.  <\/p>\n\n<p><strong>Experiencia en el laboratorio<\/strong>: Poder conectar con mi equipo a diario me da mucha m\u00e1s confianza y me hace sentir que soy una parte valiosa de algo m\u00e1s grande. Mi equipo y yo nos lo pasamos muy bien juntos y trabajamos como una m\u00e1quina bien engrasada.  <\/p>\n\n<p><strong>Despu\u00e9s de la graduaci\u00f3n<\/strong>: Redefinir por completo lo que SMC Catering es capaz de hacer. Poner en pr\u00e1ctica las t\u00e9cnicas e ideas inspiradoras de chefs de talla mundial es muy emocionante.  <\/p>\n\n<p><strong>La mejor experiencia culinaria<\/strong>: Formar parte de un equipo de catering que organiz\u00f3 una boda en la que participaron Michelle Obama, Sasha Obama, el Fiscal General Eric Holder, el alcalde de D.C., Atlanta y otros, fue realmente lo m\u00e1s destacado de mi carrera culinaria. Tambi\u00e9n he atendido para la Organizaci\u00f3n de Houston Texans, as\u00ed como ser presentado en KPRC Houston, el Canal 39 WB Houston, Fox 26 con Isiah Carey, y como consultor de alimentos y estilista de alimentos por la TLC Network.  <\/p>\n\n<p><strong>Comida y bebida favoritas:<\/strong> La mediterr\u00e1nea es mi favorita porque engloba muchos sabores diferentes de varias regiones debido a la proximidad de los pa\u00edses de esa zona. Para m\u00ed, el pescado fresco y los productos frescos contribuyen a la belleza y la sencillez de la buena comida. Los vinos Malbec, Shiraz y Pinot Noir son mis favoritos.  <\/p>\n\n<p><strong>La mejor comida:<\/strong> No puedo limitar las maravillosas experiencias locales y mundiales que he vivido. S\u00e9 que todos ellos han englobado a gente estupenda, comida preparada con cari\u00f1o y esmero y un vino fant\u00e1stico.  <\/p>\n\n<p><strong>Restaurante favorito en Houston<\/strong>: Somos tan privilegiados de tener un crisol global que puedes ir a un restaurante de alta cocina un d\u00eda e ir a un establecimiento local con unas cuantas sillas ra\u00eddas y aun as\u00ed tener una experiencia fabulosa.
