UU. inform\u00f3 que se prev\u00e9 que las oportunidades laborales para chefs y jefes de cocina crezcan un 10% entre 2016 y 2026.<\/p>\n\n<p>Empezar es f\u00e1cil, ya que las clases comienzan cada 10 semanas.<\/p>\n\n<p>\u00abLa cocina abarca todos los fundamentos y t\u00e9cnicas, como la elaboraci\u00f3n de carnes y pescados, el manejo del cuchillo, las salsas madre, las clases de Masterchef sobre el arte del emplatado, hasta la cocina internacional, que abarca 10 regiones diferentes del mundo. Panader\u00eda y pasteler\u00eda abarca desde panes, baguettes francesas, croissants, macarons, confiter\u00eda, helader\u00eda, emplatado de postres, hasta tartas de boda, tartas para ocasiones especiales, trabajos de alta gama en az\u00facar y chocolate\u00bb, explica Franco.<\/p>\n\n<p>Franco dijo que la gesti\u00f3n de hosteler\u00eda y restauraci\u00f3n es un amplio estudio impartido por profesionales del sector. Tambi\u00e9n ofrecen clases de sumiller\u00eda para profundizar en el estudio del vino.<\/p>\n\n<p>Cuando empiezan las clases, se espera que los alumnos lleguen puntuales y uniformados, mostrando entusiasmo y pasi\u00f3n por el sector.<\/p>\n\n<p>\u00abHay que ver la comida como algo \u00edntimo. La disciplina, el detalle y el respeto son incre\u00edblemente importantes en la cocina\u00bb, afirma Franco.<\/p>\n\n<p>Lenotre ofrece 14 combinaciones de programas centrados en la cocina, la reposter\u00eda, la hosteler\u00eda y el vino. Hay diferentes asignaturas optativas entre las que elegir para personalizar tu experiencia.<\/p>\n\n<p>\u00abTenemos de todo, desde clases sab\u00e1ticas de 10 semanas, diplomas de un a\u00f1o y t\u00edtulos de dos a\u00f1os. Tambi\u00e9n tenemos servicios de colocaci\u00f3n profesional tras la graduaci\u00f3n\u00bb, dijo Franco.<\/p>\n\n<p>Los chefs pueden encontrar trabajo en sectores como restaurantes de lujo, clubes de campo, hoteles, cruceros y servicios de catering.
