Last week at CIL, 14 little chefs took a culinary trip around the world.
Each day, the kids could discover a new region and its delights. On the menu: Crepes for the French Day, Coconut and Banana recipes a Costa Rican Day and Pasta for the Italian Day. Classes were led by Chef Marie-Christine and Chef Estela, with the help of Chef Christelle, Chef Norma and a few students who volunteer to give a hand to these little cooks. The kids had a real hands-on experience while learning and having fun in the kitchen.
We hope we inspired the future generation of chefs!
