CIL has developed a special program for anyone who see Baking and Pastry through an artist’s lens, offering a comprehensive 10 weeks curriculum in Advanced Artistic Skills Of Pastry Décor including 3 weeks of Specialty Cakes Decor, 3 weeks of French Chocolate Showpieces, 2 weeks of French Sugar Showpieces and 2 weeks of Wedding Cake Decor. Each Seminar can be taken separately.

Non-Degree Seeking Options
CIL offers non-degree seeking options and continuing education courses for amateurs, educators and the food and beverage professionals. Any of our 10 week long courses can be taken independently of any programs as a Non-Degree Seeking Option.
