All of our chefs have French, international, or industry experience, and each brings a wealth of knowledge, talent and real-world experience in their specialty fields.

Just as importantly, CULINARY INSTITUTE LENOTRE® programs have programs have low instructor-to-student ratio, so your training is both personal and hands-on, helping you learn more quickly.

Career Services is also available to CIL students after graduation.
