You will join our students in their labs with our internationally trained, top-notch, friendly chef instructors, learning techniques right alongside of them: Wedding Cake, Gum Paste Flowers, Painting & Piping on Rolling Fondant, Gelatin, Wafer Paper, Lace and Advanced Chocolate Showpiece and Buttercream Decoration.
