Reach Your Goals with Optional Online and In-Person Classes

Achieve your education goals easily with most academic courses offered in-person or online. Then, choose to take morning, afternoon, or evening labs at our Houston Campus.

Online academic classes are conducted using a synchronous modality. This includes an instructor in a classroom at CIL with real-time instruction.
Students can ask their instructor questions directly.
Although online culinary courses follow a schedule, students can choose morning, afternoon, or evening classes.

By giving the online option CIL optimizes online culinary education classes to make sure you are successful in earning your degree or diploma. If you prefer, you can request to attend one or more online courses in person at CIL. This means you have the flexibility to juggle school, your job, and your personal life.
