About this Program
Time to complete the program in regular schedule: 100 weeks. 
Full time schedule: Four hours a day, Four days a week.
Three shifts to choose from: Morning, Afternoon and Evening Class

The Associate of Applied Science Degree in Culinary Arts program considerably increases the opportunity for you to begin your own business whether it is a restaurant or catering. It prepares students for food services management positions in hotels, restaurants, and the hospitality industry. Graduates will also be prepared for positions such as chef, garde manger, line cook, sauté cook, grill cook, banquet cook and catering assistant.
