In approximately two years, a student learns the fundamental techniques, prepares international dishes, and is trained in real-world conditions under the guidance of experienced chef instructors in a small group setting. The curriculum has been carefully designed to prepare a student for leadership, supervision, marketing, service, and management positions within the hospitality and culinary arts industry. The program also provides classes to learn the fundamentals of baking and pastry arts.

International Study Tour

Students attending our program have the opportunity to participate in an international or domestic study tour during their 10-week externship.
Puebla, Mexico is one of our international destinations and the gastronomy center, along with Nice and Corsica, France. Domestic locations include Externship Affiliate sites in Texas, Louisiana, and California, to name a few.
