The Associate of Applied Science Degree in Culinary Arts program considerably increases the opportunity for you to begin your own business whether it is a restaurant or catering.
It prepares students for food services management positions in hotels, restaurants, and the hospitality industry. Graduates will also be prepared for positions such as chef, garde manger, line cook, sauté cook, grill cook, banquet cook and catering assistant.
