Jocelyn Tobar, who has been a valued part of the Lenotre family for an incredible 16 years! Her dedication and passion have helped shape the supportive community that makes Lenotre so special.
Jocelyn shares a true love of cooking and food, especially when preparing meals for her kids and exploring cuisines from around the world. One of her favorite dishes is ramen, a comforting classic she enjoys both making and eating.
When it comes to travel, Jocelyn loves experiencing new cultures and the incredible foods that come with them. Those experiences continue to inspire her appreciation for the culinary world.
Her advice to aspiring chef students? “Always keep learning.” Growth in the culinary industry comes from curiosity, practice, and a willingness to keep improving. She believes that what makes the Lenotre community truly unique is the school’s commitment to its students, not just while they’re studying, but even after they graduate.
Congratulations are also in order as Jocelyn is about to complete her Associate’s Degree in Hospitality and Restaurant Management this July!
Your hard work and dedication continue to inspire the entire Lenotre community.
Thank you, Jocelyn, for your 16 years of commitment and for being such an important part of the Lenotre family!
