At Culinary Institute Lenotre, students get personalized instruction in small class sizes from professional chef-instructors and free lifelong career support.
Most academic classes in the Hospitality and Restaurant Management Program are offered online with practical courses in person. If students want to join a class offered online in person instead, they may submit a request to the Education Department.

The Associate of Applied Science in Hospitality and Restaurant Management Program prepares students for food services management positions in hotels, restaurants, and the hospitality industry. Positions in institutional food services in schools, hospitals, and commercial establishments are also available.
