Students from every class  present their dishes to a  school audience twice a  week and share a seated  complimentary meal  together. This community  experience is unique to CIL,  which teaches a variety of  international cuisines in
addition to French cooking  and baking.

CIL proudly hosts a gourmet , awardwinning Bistro nestled at the heart of  the institute, Le Bistro. The restaurant  offers qualified Lenôtre™ students  the opportunity to experience the  profession through internships or  practicum gaining the experience and  practice at real-time restaurant speed.
5. INTERNATIONAL CHEFS
Get technical guidance with  close supervision by Executive  Chefs averaging at least 20  of experience in upscale  restaurants or pastry and baking  shops. Our chef-instructors are  full time and CIL stockholders.
You will have the same chef for  each of your 10-week term levels.
6. FLEXIBLE SCHEDULING
We offer four Diplomas, three Associate of  Applied Science Degrees and five electives options including LeNôtre Sommelier, Hotel, Restaurant  Management and Artistic Skills of Pastry Décor.
Choose between morning, afternoon or evening shifts. Lab classes meet for 4 ½ hours per shift,  Monday through Thursday, leaving your weekends open.

7. SMALL CLASS SIZES
CIL is dedicated to a low student-teacher  ratio average of 12 to 1 in kitchen  labs. Small classes  will help you learn  effectively allowing  more individual  attention from your  chef instructors.

Most of your time in the kitchen lab training is  hands-on, enabling you to better memorize the  feats of skill. This intense hands-on practice helps  you master over 320 recipes and skills. You also  don’t have to clean pots and pans!
