Hi, I’m Valentin! Since an early age, I have always been fascinated by cooking, restaurants, and the world of hospitality. I graduated from CIL in December 2023. I went straight into working at @mastrosofficial , where I started building my foundation in a professional kitchen. After that, I had the great opportunity to travel to Spain and learn from @ger_carrizo at his Michelin-starred restaurant @fierrovlc , where I was introduced to fine dining that blends Argentinian and Spanish cuisine. I’m currently working at @lejardinierhouston, where I continue to grow and learn every day. Throughout this whole time, I’ve also had the pleasure of supporting katyringfood , helping with a variety of catering events.
