Lenotre students traveled to Jordan to participate in an international externship designed to provide real-world experience in the culinary and hospitality industry. Working alongside professionals, students are applying the techniques learned in the classroom while gaining exposure to new culinary traditions and workplace practices.
Beyond the kitchen, the externship offers students the opportunity to experience Jordan’s rich history, culture, and hospitality firsthand. Through daily interactions and cultural exploration, students are developing a broader understanding of the global food industry and the diverse communities it serves.
As part of their journey, students have also had the chance to visit some of Jordan’s most iconic landmarks, including Petra, one of the New Seven Wonders of the World.
These experiences enrich their education by combining professional development with cultural discovery.
