Through our new collaboration with Castello di Ugento, students will have the opportunity to further develop their culinary training in Puglia, Italy.
As part of the program, students will complete a certification led by an Italian chef, designed to reinforce essential culinary techniques, deepen their understanding of regional ingredients, and strengthen professional culinary practices.
Following the certification, students will gain hands-on experience working in a local restaurant, allowing them to apply and refine their skills within a professional culinary environment.
This externship opportunity is also open to alumni, who may choose between completing the chef-led certification program or participating in the full externship experience, which includes both certification and restaurant training.
This program provides participants with the opportunity to advance their technical skills, gain international exposure, and apply their training within a professional culinary setting.
