My wife suggested I go to culinary school as she said I had a hidden talent. Being a native from France I felt a connection to LeNotre school. I graduated and had opportunity to work in 2 French Restaurants. My wife and I decided to open our own Cafe. Bonjour Cafe was opened in June 2018, we serve Breakfast, lunch, pastries & catering menu!
