โSince an early age, I have always been fascinated by cooking, restaurants, and the world of hospitality. I graduated from LENOTRE in December 2023. I went straight into working at @mastrosofficial, where I started building my foundation in a professional kitchen. After that, I had the great opportunity to travel to Spain and learn from @ger_carrizo at his Michelin-starred restaurant @fierrovlc, where I was introduced to fine dining that blends Argentinian and Spanish cuisine. Iโm currently working at @lejardinierhouston, where I continue to grow and learn every day. Throughout this whole time, Iโve also had the pleasure of supporting @katyringfood, helping with a variety of catering events.โโฃโฃ
