Register HereThis year the Gaston Lenotre Scholarship Foundation hosted its 21st Annual Champagne & Chocolate Gala. The gala, which took place on February 8th, 2023 in the illustrious River Oaks Country Club.
The event honored Allison Knight with the 2023 Gaston Lenotre Scholarship Ambassador Award.

The night began with a stunning performance of music by Deborah Boily and Jerry Atwood accompanied by a silent auction. The auction led into the dinner prepared by Head Chef Charles Carroll. Following dinner, Culinary Institute LeNotre Alumnus Grant was given to Armando Llanes. The night ended with a live auction and raffle.
